Warranty Information

Solid Gold SoundLabs Products

All Solid Gold SoundLabs products ordered through the solidgoldfx.com website or its authorized distributors come with a one year warranty against failures resulting from defective parts and/or faulty workmanship. Finishes, powder coats, and graphics are not covered.

The warranty applies only to the original owner of the product and is not transferable. Warranty coverage terminates one year after the owner receives the product. While a product is under warranty, the product will be repaired free of charge. The owner of the product will be responsible for both shipping to and from Solid Gold SoundLabs. Warranty coverage will be automatically cancelled should the product be tampered with, modified, damaged through misuse, repaired by an unauthorized third party, or damaged through failure to follow the operating instructions. Use of an improper power supply will void warranty.

Modifications: Other Manufacturers

Modifications are covered for 90 days from date of completion.  The warranty is limited strictly to the modification and not the entire product. We are not responsible for any warranties that are voided due to modifications.

Please contact us at info@solidgoldfx.com before shipping a product for repair. Original sales receipt is required.

Canada:

  • Send pedals to the address that will be provided via email, preferably through Canada Post.
  • Please advise if another carrier will be used.
  • Insurance is highly recommended as a tracking number will be provided. Not responsible for lost packages.
  • Pack safely. Not responsible for damaged packages.
  • Please notify via email when your pedals are in route and when they should arrive. Please send tracking numbers if applicable.
  • Please make sure that your packaging is reusable.

USA:

  • Very Important: please follow instructions you will be sent via email for customs declaration.
  • Send pedals to the address that will be provided via email, preferably through USPS.
  • Please advise if another carrier will be used.

Returns

All pedals ordered through SolidGoldFX.com will come with a 7 day return period. If the pedal you ordered isn't right for you, simply drop us a line within 7 days of receiving the product and follow the instructions that will be provided. We will gladly exchange or refund the pedal.

Please note the following:

  • The refund or exchage applies only to the purchase price of the pedal. Shipping, insurance and other fees are not subject to refund or exchange
  • Customized pedals can not be returned and will not be refunded.
  • Custom Shop orders can not be returned and will not be refunded.
  • Mods are not subject to a refund.
  • Pedals that go beyond the 7 day time period will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items past 14 days are not returnable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a full refund or exchange if we feel the the product has been misused, tampered with or if it shows signs of wear.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a full refund or exchange if the instructions provided are not respected.
  • PEDALS MUST BE RETURNED AS RECEIVED, IN NEW CONDITION WITH ALL PCKAGING AND PAPERS.
