I saw an add for solid gold sound labs and was immediately attracted trying to find a pedal to get a sound close to Neil Young's like the sound heard on Rust Never Sleeps. He recommended this pedal [Formula 69] and although you can go out and buy a boss that may sound good this pedal makes your sound great! I can reach those completely un-human notes and switch the pedal so I can get a nice distortion tone.

Minmo


The Minmo is a dirty version of the Mr. Clean. The pedal is highly responsive to player dynamics, volume level, pick attack, and pickup output. It’s great for getting an EL84 like grind out of larger tube amps without going def or getting a lot more saturation out of effects and tube amps without having to boost the volume too high. Also great for tonal architects who love to layer different pedals to build their tone! Combine the Minmo with a Mr. Clean or High Octane to unlock the secret of tonal ecstasy!
